My recent experience in shopping at Lee Michaels for a Christmas gift for my girlfriend turned into a very pleasant and satisfying trip, as usual. I was met at the door by Sara Warren, who immediately picked up on the fact that I was clueless in what to buy.
She listened to everything I had to say, and, after looking over several excellent selections, she managed to pick out the exact items that I knew my girlfriend would enjoy. To say Sara was patient and attentive would be an understatement. She gave me her undivided attention and treated me as if I were the only customer in the store.
I have shopped at Lee Michaels numerous times and have always found it to be a rewarding experience. I had a great experience shopping at Lee Michael’s. I went in with an idea of what I wanted, and Jose patiently showed me their wide selection. He was knowledgeable about their pieces and quickly gathered my style from our short interaction. He also was not pushy or gave any hard sells. I ended up not only finding a beautiful ring to meet what I wanted, but I also got another piece that will go great with my wardrobe. My ring was resized for me very quickly as well. I found the whole process pleasant and easy. I will go back next time I’m in the market for jewelry.
This was my first time visiting the new location and I think it’s a beautiful store. However when I first walked in I was only greeted by the security guard. There were 2 ladies that walked I before me and the ladies at the counter thought we were all together. We were not and when she realized that she instantly apologized and ask did I need and help finding something. She was very polite and assisted me with my purchase

Fantastic customer service! This was our first time in Lee Michaels and the selection, choices, and the quality is amazing. I'm not a big fan of the big box stores in the malls, so this was much more to our liking. Prices are reasonable and they have items that cover the spectrum.
